ITSAS ALTZOAN is a project based on tradition. It means, in the lap of the sea. This project arose from what was an old cider house. Cider is the secret that led Basque whalers to become a maritime power, and AT Itsas Altzoan is a tribute to that culture of land and sea. This apartment, measuring X m², has all the comforts: air conditioning, heating, broadband. It is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
